Returns products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed for 30 days from the date recieved. Please inspect the merchandise that you have received for any discrepancies or damage. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please call or email us to receive a return number (RMA). Next make sure the following conditions are met :

  1. RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging.
  2. The returned item, and packaging, is in “brand new” condition.
    (unless reported as damaged)
  3. The packaging is not damaged.
  4. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within the 30 days.
  5. All items are in original condition with all original labels and tags still attached.
