Product
availability is the time required to process and prepare the items in your
order
for shipping. Availability is usually from 5 - 15 business days, but
can extend up to 4
weeks for some items. The availability is listed with each product.
Once the order is
ready for shipping, the shipping time is the travel time it takes to get the
order from us
to you. For example, selecting 2nd Day Air does not mean your order
will arrive two
days after you placed the order, but it will arrive two days after if leaves
our facilities.
Some products are not regularly kept in stock and require more time to receive
from the
manufacturer. In such a situation, the estimated delivery time for the
product will be
stated with the product information.
Sometimes we are able to rush an order sooner than the stated delivery time. In addition we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes so please enter your physical address. Make sure you enter your address carefully since you may be charged a $6 UPS correction fee for any mistakes.
Some
of our toppers require a signature upon delivery. If after 3 attempts someone
is still unable to sign for the topper it will be sent back to our location
resulting in a $10 re-ship fee. After we recieve the item & you want the
topper resent there will be an additional shipping cost. If you have any shipping

Backorder Products
Occasionally, a product may be on backorder and will not be available for
shipping
within the normal time listed for that product. If this is the case,
we will contact you,
provide you with an estimate of availability for the backorder product, and
ask how you
wish for us to fulfill your order.
