RMA # is clearly posted on the outside of the shipment packaging.
2. The returned item, and packaging, is in "brand new"
condition.

reported as damaged)
3. The packaging is not damaged.
4. The return package has been postmarked and shipped within the
30 days.
5. All items are in original condition with all original labels
and tags still attached.
Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
6. Include the packing slip.
7. If for an exchange please provide a return shipping postage.

and no credit will be given. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping

$10 restocking

number with insurance.
