Thank you for your interest in doing a Joint Venture with our company CK Auctions Inc.
& JustCakeToppers.com. The following agreement explains the terms and conditions of
this project. We ask that after you carefully read and fill out the appropriate areas that
you print the agreement out and keep a copy for your own records. Please return a
signed copy via email to jointventures@justcaketoppers.com and we will do our best to
get back to you as soon as possible.
Details :
This project has a choice of four options as outlined below :
1. I have a list of sites, distributors, or potential customers to offer your product or
service to.
2. I have a product(s) or service(s) that will be ready in about a week to offer to your
list.
3. I see a product(s) or service(s) on your site that would be more profitable on our
commercial site.
4. I have a product(s) or service(s) to offer to your list and also see a product(s) or
service(s) on your site that would be more profitable on our commercial site.
Note : All products or services must be related in some way to our site, but not
competing in any way. If you prefer we can sell any product or service of yours on our
ebay account under the user ID ck--auctions (NOT ck-auctions.)

The Profit :
The split is 50/50 of the retail price after merchant and processing fees or if you choose
for us to sell your product(s) or service(s) on our ebay account there will be listing and
selling fees that will be deducted. We can choose to set up a contingency plan where
we hold back 5% for charge backs.
Payment :
Payment will be completely accomplished within 24 hours. We will transfer 50% of
profits to your account after all fees have been deducted and require that you send a
letter of financial receipt for tax purposes to us within 24 hours after payment shows
completed.
Discount Offer :
Although we have sales; all of our products are listed at the lowest retail price that we
can offer. If it is more profitable for you to discount our prices we ask that you keep in
mind our 50% portion of the sale is off of the retail price of the item.
Distribution :
Once a customer purchases a product; have their information sent to us as soon as
possible to insure the best shipping times or if we have products of yours listed on
justcaketoppers.com than we will have the necessary information sent to you in the
same timely matter.
Anti-Spam :
When using a list of potential buyers you must send out the e-mails and vice versa
because we do not want to violate any spam laws. Caution: hotmail and yahoo will not
allow you to send mass e-mails. They will block you or ban your account. Most other
isps also have rigid rules for this as well. I suggest you use
http://www.getresponse.com or http://www.aweber.com for a free auto responder
account and trial email broadcasting membership. Your first promotion could pay for
your fees to upgrade these accounts so that you can continually use as tools to
support this other income stream.

Of course please realize that no one can promise that any campaign is successful as
joint venture results may vary per campaign.
