HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTION ?
Usually Monday – Friday it takes our email department about 24 hours to answer all
your messages.  On the weekends, unfortunately, they work on feedbacks and
technical issues and most of the time don’t have the resources to reply to emails.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS ?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.  If you need to contact

HOW LONG HAS CK AUCTIONS INC. BEEN IN BUSINESS ?
We have been selling online for around 4 years through a variety of auction sites
including Ebay, Amazon, Overstock, Buy.com, etc… but we started CK Auctions Inc. in
2006 to be more creditable in the community.
HOW DO I MODIFY MY ORDER INFORMATION ?
It is possible to change your order information for whatever reason before the
completion of each order.  On the Check Out page there is an EDIT button to change
your product selections as well as an EDIT button to change your personal information.
For example, it is possible to use different shipping or credit card information for many
separate orders without having to re-register as a new user.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER ?
As soon as you find you don’t want or need the item(s) you purchased from you must
immediately contact us at cancellations@justcaketoppers.com.  Generally it takes us 1-
3 business days to process and ship your order so make sure you email us before that
time period.  If you email us after we have sent your order out you can always return
the order.  Please see our return policy for more information.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE TELEPHONE ?

WILL SALES TAX BE CHARGED ON MY ORDER ?
Yes 6.5% sales tax is included, BUT only to those who live in either Minnesota and
Nevada, USA.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES IN ?
All Prices are listed in US Dollars, but at the checkout page you can change the
currency to whatever you prefer, but it has to equal the US dollar amount listed on the
product.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
When you find a product you like, you can either click on “buy it” and proceed to our
secure Paypal check out or if you are unsure if you want to buy the item you can click
on the details link to view more details about the product.  On the details page you will
still be able to buy the item by clicking on “buy it”.  For some of our products you will be
given a choice of colors or styles to allow you to customize these quality products.  
Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add To Cart" button to add
the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will then be
given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of your cart.  If you
decide to you are finished shopping your going to want to click on “view the contents of
your cart” and click on “proceed to check out”.

You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on the shopping cart icon
located at the top of each page or by clicking the "View Cart" link located on the bottom
of each page.

When you view your cart you have the ability to change product amounts, remove
products, or personalization items.

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm
your details and approve your order. Once your order is approved, you will receive a
confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A LINK WITH CK-AUCTIONS.COM ?
You will need to go to our Link Exchange Page and fill out the appropriate details in our
Link Exchange Form.  After submitting the form, JustCakeTopper.com will look over
your information and get back to you as soon as possible to let you no if we have either
accepted your request or rejected it.  If you don't hear from us within two weeks please

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN’T WORK, WHAT DO I DO ?
Since the tracking number is around 16 digits long you might have entered the number
wrong.  Please re-enter the tracking number again and if the problem still occurs
please contact either the shipping carrier or us at support@justcaketoppers.com.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX ?
Express Air orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box address.  All regular ground
orders can be sent to a P.O. Box address.  Orders being delivered to a P.O. Box can
take an additional 2-3 business days to arrive.
WILL MY ORDER REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?
Express Air orders will require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign
for the package.  All other orders will not need a signature unless requested by the
customer.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED FROM?
Depending on product availability, orders will be sent from one of our many
manufactures that, unfortunately, we cannot give out their information as it would void
our wholesale contract.
ARE THERE ANY POSSIBLE DELAYS ON MY ORDER ?
Most items are shipped within 2 business days but can extend up to 5 days.  If your
order does not, for any reason get sent out before this time period, you will be
contacted and informed of the situation, and asked if you would like to wait or cancel
your order.  We know your time is important!
ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES ?
There are no "hidden" charges at JustCakeToppers.com or at any other site powered
by CK Auctions Inc.  There is a standard shipping charge for the United States and a
slightly higher charge for shipments going to Canada due to our increasing shipping
fees.  Also, a fee may be incurred if an item is returned without following our simple
return policy.  
CAN YOU RUSH ORDERS ?
Yes. If you need your order faster than our STANDARD or EXPRESS delivery periods;
we can overnight many of our products if you are willing to pay the additional
packaging/shipping charges.  Currently, you cannot automatically rush an order in the
shopping cart.  We ask that you contact us by email or phone before placing the order
to make sure the costs are within your ideal price.  We will do our best to accommodate
your needs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ?
Your order should arrive within 7-14 business days from the date that you place your
order (if you are paying with credit card), but expect to add an additional 3-5 days with
the 7-14 day period if you are mailing in a check or money order; since it usually takes
3-5 business days to receive and process your check or money order.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS ?
Currently we offer payment by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit,
American Express, Discover Card, Cashier's Check, Money Order, and Paypal if you
have a Paypal account.
DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA ?
Yes, but we reserve the right to charge actual shipping costs.  Our shipping & handling
quotes listed on our site are given for a rough idea on how much it will actually cost for
domestic shipping.  Please contact us directly for shipping info to any country beyond
the USA.  Shipping outside the USA may delay the arrival of your package by a few
days.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT STILL PENDING ?
The problem could be with limitations on your Paypal account.  We suggest first
contacting Paypal and bring the problem up with them to see what they can do.
Occasionally when using our secure merchant account with Paypal, some payments
can take a little longer than others.  We have brought this issue up with Paypal in the
past and they stated that 99% of the time payments are sent immediately, but
unfortunately as it states in their user agreement that some payments my take up to
three business days.
WILL I GET SPAM MAIL IF I ORDER FROM YOU ?
JustCakeToppers.com will never sell any of your order information or information
collected during your order to any 3rd party agents.
